Coming from east coast of USA 35 years ago to Manningham County. The small eucalyptus on the hill, a corner of front garden was an unusually pretty tree. A small tree with many different shape leaves and it grew very fast. Things I learned to dislike about the medium size tree, spitfires, nuts, bark always shedding leaves. Soon to protect people on footpath and our bedroom roof we had the 240 ft treasure removed--cut down.
People passing by said, "Prettiest tree on the block. Why?"
